Has been an electrician since 2003. He would still consider
himself a student of the craft and always looks forward

solar side of electricity in 2011. He has over 100 installs
under his belt, either being an installer or designer
for those installs. Matt has enjoyed his studies at Solar
Living Institute and has completed PV200 and PV300 courses.
This training assisted him with successfully becoming
NABCEP Certified as a PV Installer and Technical Sales.
Matt’s attention to detail and promise of an excellent
product for his customers has been a winning scenario
for him and his team at TEA Solar. He as the president
of TEA Solar does not compromise when it comes to quality

Is serving as a solar consultant and sales director for
TEA Solar. Mitch started his sales career in 1998 working
as a manufactures rep in the furniture industry. He owned
his own custom cabinet business from 2003 – 2008
after which he worked in outside sales for a tooling manufacture
calling on cabinet shops up and down the state. Mitch
made the decision to get into the solar business in 2013
after the urging of longtime friend and President of TEA
Solar Matt Mahaffey. Mitch has completed a NABCEP PV 300
class and is NABCEP certified in Technical Sales. Mitch’s
goal is to help build TEA Solar into the top regional

Manager. She has 20 + years’ experience in the construction
industry. Serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
of D.C. Grading & Paving, Inc. from 1992 to 2012.
